01 — A Memory, Shaped

A day happens once.
The story can stay.

Vol. IKept

Not an invitation.
Not an online gallery.

More than
what happened.

A wedding day moves quickly.

After it is over, there may be hundreds of photographs, video clips, messages, details, and small moments that deserve more than a folder on a phone or hard drive.

A Day Kept brings those pieces together in one personal digital story.

It is shaped through photographs, film, words, and memory — creating a place where the atmosphere of the day can live beyond the celebration itself.

Not simply what happened.
What it meant.

More Visual Directions

The Elena & Riccardo concept was also explored in two additional visual directions.

These pages are concept studies created to demonstrate different story formats and visual directions. Every commissioned A Day Kept story is built from the couple's real photographs, footage, memories, and approved material.

THE FORMAT SETS THE DEPTH.
THE VISUAL DIRECTION IS SHAPED AROUND THE DAY.

No two wedding stories need to look alike.

The stories above show possible directions, not fixed templates.

First, choose the depth of the story: Compact, Signature, or Film.

Then the color, rhythm, image treatment, and atmosphere are shaped around your photographs, your place, and the feeling you want to preserve.

Three ways to keep a day

Choose the story format first. The visual direction comes after.

I

The Compact Story

A smaller, image-led wedding story for couples who want something beautiful, personal, and intentional without creating a long written memoir.

Built from a selected set of photographs and the essential thread of the day.

Best for couples who want to keep the feeling close, simply.

II

The Signature Story

A deeper story with more photographs, more memories, and more room for the life behind the wedding day.

This format gives space to the people, small details, relationship history, and moments that made the day feel like yours.

Best for couples who want a richer digital wedding memoir.

III

The Film Story

A cinematic story that brings photographs, words, and carefully selected film moments into one moving experience.

Designed for couples who have wedding footage and want their page to feel closer to a small film than a traditional gallery.

Best for couples who want movement, atmosphere, and a more immersive story.

How a day becomes a story

01

Begin

You tell us about your wedding, the photographs or film you have, and what you would most like to keep. We recommend the story format that fits your material.

02

Gather

You complete a guided story questionnaire and share selected photographs, videos, and details. For deeper stories, you may also share voice notes or written memories.

03

Shape

A Day Kept finds the thread inside the material. The photographs, memories, words, and film are shaped into a simple story structure before the page is built.

04

Keep

Your completed story is published on a custom domain set up in your name. It becomes a place you can return to, share, and keep part of your life after the wedding.

Your story. Your address.

Built in your name.
Kept in your hands.

Every A Day Kept story is launched on a custom domain owned by you. We handle the setup, connection, launch, and handover.

After launch, your domain and hosting account remain under your control. You renew them directly, without being tied to an ongoing studio subscription.

A Day Kept stays available for future updates when needed, but your story never depends on us to remain yours.

For the people who capture the day

Give the work
another life.

You have already created the photographs and film.

A Day Kept gives that work another life: a place where your clients can return to the full feeling of their wedding, not only scroll through a gallery.

You may refer a couple after delivery or explore adding an A Day Kept story as part of your own client experience.

We are currently opening conversations with a small number of founding photographer and videographer partners.

Why A Day Kept exists

Because photographs and film
hold more than an image.

A Day Kept was created by Đorđije Popović, a filmmaker, photographer, and writer.

It began with a simple belief:

Photographs and film do more than show what happened.

They hold the people, atmosphere, small details, and emotions that become more meaningful with time.

A Day Kept exists to give those memories a more lasting form.

Created remotely.
Built for wedding stories anywhere.

A quiet invitation

A day happens once.
The story can stay.

Tell us a little about your wedding, the photographs or film you have, and what you would like to keep. We will reply with the story format that makes the most sense for you.
